What we collect, and why

When you use the form on our get started page we collect your name, email address, and — where you give them — your mobile number, your firm's name, a preferred time, and whatever you write in the message box. We also record the IP address the request came from, to protect the form against automated abuse.

We use this only to respond to you and, if you have asked for a workspace, to set one up and to carry out the checks we make before admitting a firm. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your request only as long as we need it for the purpose above. If we set up a workspace for your firm, we keep a record that we admitted it and on what basis, because we are required to be able to show who we gave access to. If we do not proceed, we delete the request and the notes attached to it once it is clear there is nothing further to discuss.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us holding it. Where we have written an internal note about your request, that note is part of what we hold and we will show it to you if you ask.

Write to privacy@saudesq.com. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are a client of a firm that uses saudesq

This notice covers data you give us through this website. Your trading and holdings data is held by your broker or sub-broker, who decides how it is used; saudesq processes it on their instructions. Contact your firm's grievance officer for anything relating to that data — their details appear on every page of the client portal.
